211I wrote some time back about the galah that had flown in to call Spring Creek home.  Well sadly, after firmly embedding himself as part of the family, following me from paddock to paddock and generally keeping me and TJ company during our calving dramas, the time must have come for him to move on.  So as swiftly as he flew in, he was gone again.

I heard from one of the neighbours down the road he’d turned up at another property and looked intent on staying til a cage was suggested.  Then he was off again.

I was sorry to see this little guy go.  But I’m sure he’s just responding to the call of the wild.  Maybe he’ll be back one day with a nest full of baby galahs.  Fingers crossed.
